Jay Pritchard
Coach Jay Pritchard grew up in Fort Worth, went to Trinity Valley, and graduated from Columbia University in New York City. As a junior golfer, Jay was all-state at Trinity Valley for 3 years, won the Colonial Junior Championship 4 times, and qualified for and played against Tiger Woods in the 1992 USGA Junior Amateur outside of Boston. At Columbia, he was a 3-time MVP of the golf team and 2-year captain. Jay grew up in a golf family, his dad Jim played for the University of Oklahoma, and his brother, Judd played for Princeton University and played professionally after college. Jay has been a Texas-based political/public affairs consultant for the last 20 years working on local and statewide elections and for national corporations and nonprofits including The Salvation Army, Southern Company, BNSF, and American Airlines. Jay and his wife, Sarah Nader live in the Mistletoe Heights neighborhood and belong to Colonial Country Club.
