Strength & Conditioning Program
All Saints’ Strength & Conditioning Program is directed towards training our student-athletes using sport and movement specific exercises that can be directly and immediately transferred to that athlete’s field of play.
We work closely with our coaches, discuss any and all desired results from training, and implement ways to achieve those results. It is our mission to get all teams, students, and athletes to work towards being their best, reaching their potential, and building a healthy foundation for their respective futures.
MEET THE COACHES
All Saints’ Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is a comprehensive, 8-week camp centered around sport-specific movements and improving each athlete’s strength, agility, coordination, speed, and endurance. This program is open to boys and girls spanning across all sports, 7th grade through 12th grade.
Athletes will train under the supervision of multiple certified and Olympic-level coaches. In addition, the cost of the program will include nutritional guidance/information as well as post-workout nutrition. Camp runs through both months of June and July.
