Several of our students have a passion for athletics and are interested in serving the athletic program as a Student Athletic Trainer. These young men and women spend hours at practice and after practice learning about taping, rehab, and the ins and outs of athletic training. General Athletic Forms
Before the season starts, each athlete’s parent or guardian is required by TAPPS to complete compliance forms prior to a child being declared eligible. TAPPS and TAPPS member schools have partnered with Rank One Sports to simplify the process.
Click on the “Rank One Forms” button, select Texas, then select All Saints Episcopal School- Ft. Worth.You will need your child’s student ID number number to register your new account. This ID can be found on your child’s All Saints’ profile page.
If you have multiple children playing sports, you will have to repeat the process for each child. Once logged in to RankOne, please be sure to complete two forms: the “TAPPS Student Profile” and the “TAPPS Signature Page.”
