Stephanie Eubank
Stephanie Eubank started as the 6th grade math teacher at All Saints in 2022 and joined the middle school softball team as an assistant coach in 2023. Stephanie earned her degree from Texas Tech in 2017 and has taught in the DFW area for the past 7 years. She played softball for 8 years when she was in school and continues to play on recreational teams in the area. She is excited to step into the new role of Head Coach for the middle school softball team and share her love of the sport.
