Wendy Gettings
Coach Wendy began her competitive swimming career at the age of 6 and has continued to swim competitively throughout her life. She swam for her local high school in Enid, Oklahoma and was ranked in the top 16 in multiple events, qualifying for the state meet in every event for all four years. She then attended Augusta State University in Georgia and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Qualified for the Oklahoma Central Zones team in 1999. She qualified for Long course and Short Course Nationals as a United States Master Swimmer. She earned medals at both meets and also earned Individual High Point award at two Masters Swimming meets in 2010.
