Jerrod Heard, a high school ranked QB, won two back-to-back state championships at Denton Guyer HS. He was rated by Rival.com as a four-star recruit and was ranked among the top dual-threat quarterbacks in his class. He committed to the University of Texas to play college football. His success at the school left him in the record books, breaking Vince Young’s single game record for offense for the Texas Longhorns, accounting for 527 yards of total offense. Heard graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Learning & Development.
